Brace treatment is done with the use of tension and compression in order to move your teeth into the desired position for the end results. This tension & compression does cause a little discomfort, however are your teeth straighten this reduces with time.

Every mouth is unique and we can take a look using our virtual appointment feature or an in-office exam and give you an estimated treatment time. The majority of our brace cases are 12 months to 2 years.

We get asked this question a lot when our new patients come in for their FREE consultation. We see both options as tools to get you the smile you want. Our experience with both allows us to be creative with our treatment plans and we can use Invisalign or braces, and even use them together.
